*Confirmed bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total cost and are non-refundable by E-Transfer.

* Accepted methods of payment include: Cash and Interac Email Transfers.

* Final balance is due one day prior to the event at the LATEST. (Applies to Film/TV, Live Media and Photo shoots)

* Please contact Lesley to inquire for hourly, half day and full-day rates!

* Travel fee is an additional charge depending on location. (Applies to Film/TV, Live Media and Photo shoots)

* Events with an early start before 7am may be subject to additional fees. (Applies to Film/TV, Live Media and Photo shoots)

* Parking fees are required to be paid for all weddings/events. You may charge the parking fee to your hotel room for your convenience, or it will be added to your final invoice. (Applies to Film/TV, Live Media and Photo shoots)

* Any changes made to the number of people or services that result in a reduced rate need to be made no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event or the Client will be held responsible for all services originally agreed upon. (Applies to Film/TV, Live Media and Photo shoots)
